We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a quarter-time salaried position beginning as early as December 1, 2017. Shalom’s Administrative Assistant provides financial, administrative, and communications support to Shalom Mennonite Congregation and its pastors. Qualifications include the ability to manage a wide range of administrative tasks and details, including basic accounting and budget management, proficiency with a computer (Office, Google Apps, Quickbooks or other accounting software), ability to work independently and to maintain confidentiality and trust regarding sensitive information.
